Thats ok though isn't it? If a producer was to hire say a private beach somewhere, or a back garden for that matter, then surely they could make a film. For example Cathys Diaries, scene 3 where Cathy, Laura Jones and Carla St James get jiggy in the garden of the house where most of the scenes in that film were filmed.
