Colin please don't be offended. Understand that in areas like this some people have strong feelings.
You could always send off your cash in response to one of these Sport ads and that action may well start you on the road to enlightenment.
Or, you could of course buy one of Marcus' videos from a licensed sex shop and see what a hard and sweaty job he heroically suffers to produce "decent" viewing for us all.

DO NOT TOUCH WITH THE PROVERBIAL BARGEPOLE!!!

All you'll get for your ?25 or whatever is a 10-minute, VERY, VERY, VERY softcore trailer (or possibly two of the same on one tape).

I got burned - learn from my painful lesson!

Marcus is a very respected figure in this industry, when he says something, it is worth noting, no matter how it is written. Mr Allen is also in the enviable position of being decent, honest and above all, a man of integrity. Something I am sure that David Sullivan with his many millions would give his right arm for.
The ONLY slight blot on Marcus' CV is his ability to 'disappear' when its his turn to buy a drink after he has ponced one from one of his many admirers!!

The empire of the midget sized svengalia of UK smut, continues to live by it?s mantra of ?there?s a sucker born every minute?, even in this relatively enlightened age, where decent porn is widely available and consumers finally have a degree of choice; rather then being dependant on their local ?Private? shop for titillation.

Reply to a Sunday Sport offer of free DVD?s for the cost of postage alone as advertised, and you receive a lovely letter a few days later requesting a photocopy of your passport, driving or gun licence? This purely motivated by the urge to ensure that no unwilling minor is corrupted by the sight of naked chicks doing the bump and grind.

At this stage a large majority of porn consumers decide to leave well alone and forfeit their ?1-30 admin fee.

The sense of shame people buying pornography in the UK display, has always been Sullivan?s most powerful weapon and explains the virtual monopoly he retains on the ?biz? (especially if you live away from the bright lights of London).

Weirdly enough, this mission to protect the nations youth from sexually explicit material, through the strict age verification system, doesn?t extend to the tidal wave of junk mail advertising featuring hardcore muck that will flow through your door over the next few months.

People often forget, that it?s mailing lists that make the real money.

Victims of any Private/Sullivan scams are welcome to contact me (on an anonymous basis if you prefer), for a new book project dealing with the last thirty years of the UK sex industry.

Ace,
I am humbled/mortified/embarrassed - and well on the way to being pissed.
May I make amends (by way of bribery) by giving you a personal intro to JW on the happy(?) occassion of your release from Mr Hoon's misdirected miscellany?

Grazziano,
As with Ace, I am truly humbled by your endorsement and I thank you from the bottom of my bank account(which is VERY accessible).

As for Colin, I reffered to "the Colin's of this world" meaning that the Colin in question is certainly not alone.

As had been said many, many, many times, you get what you pay for as with any other commodity and if you don't like/or dissatisfied, go some place else. If you took offence at my remark then that is tough. Ask a question, you will get an answer, the fact that it may not be the one you were hoping for is irrelevant.
