It was Philippe Soine, who shot the movie. In the late 90s he often worked with masks, wigs and disguises (I hope that's the right translation), as you can see
here for example.
BTW on that pic you can see Sandra and Betty Bop again with white wigs.
Sometimes I liked that, but I would also rather see Sandra without something like that.

Yeah, Soine's career nose-dived faster than David Caruso's : -))

Obviously to make Betty Bop more attractive....lol
Dumb down the gorgeous
Still NEW is NEW what ever it looks like and at the very least
it isnt pissing on female performers like i just experienced when I dug too deeply via the waybackmachine.

Love the Fu Manchu cozzies.... no-one does casual racism like the Germans.
Maybe Julia Gillard could make it the subject of her next emotion-fest : -)
But her own party would probably undermine her by pre-empting the punchlines
again....

Yes, I didn't see it before but there is a difference between the boxcover and the onscreen credits.
On the boxcover: Isabelle Bosani
in the onscreen-credits: Isabelle Rosani

Could you possibly do some caps of all the cast- and a scene-breakdown?

Just put the film name and CAST or what ever description best describes the caps in the subject line
