I suppose if I listed my top ten bands as,

1.The Offspring
2.Pennywise
3.Grinspoon
4.Powderfinger
5.The Mighty Bostones
6.Cake
7.Foo Fighters
8.Rhubarb
9.Silverchair
10.Screaming jets

You'd say i was still wet behind the ears

I'm just worrying that we're all living up to the image of the Comic Store Guy on The Simpsons, young fellow.

Can't say I remember the comic store guy

I obviously don't watch enough Simpsons

Probably because I'm alwas reading comics and posting on this forum which in itself is a very rewarding experience

For every over achiever there needs to be an under achiever

Stands to reason

Your mum's right---you are spending too much time talking to that Joe King character :-)

Everything in life that is worth knowing you can learn from The Simpsons.

What is TV?

Just peoples real life anecdotes acted out by either cartoon characters
or real people pretending to be something they are not

I know theres stuff to be learnt but be buggered if I want to think that hard to comprehend it

I can't argue with your logic---certainly not at this time of the morning. Victory is yours.

Are you familiar with the Pythons' Philosophers Song? A horrendous slur on Australian higher education ("We're from the philosophy department of the University of Wullabaloo; I'm in charge of existentialism, and Bruce is in charge of the sheepdip."), but very funny.

Enjoy your nap, Buttsie.
