The best way to avoid all this, Neil, is to stop using copyrighted material to which you don't have the rights.
Perhaps you should have a good look through your site and see if there's anything a lawyer might take issue with. Particularly if you were then re-selling those images on CD without the copyright holders' permission...
What's your website, please?

I tried your Profile homepage address celebritiesrus.com and your 207 44 163 248 site and neither is working.
I trust none of my photos are on your site, but I'd like to check. If any are there without permission (which you won't have), I'm sure you wouldn't mind me saying so!

My website is down at the moment until the domain name transfer happens. All the links point to
www.celebritiesrus.com which at the moment isn't live. I need the transfer to happen before the site will work properly. If you are worried about whats on the site why not email me instead of insuinating things in a public forum.

Hi Tomsk,
Ok , I was on aventure media and the site was getting too many visitors for my account with them. Sanja a model from USA who is on my site does web hosting and offered me a great deal to host my site and give me much more bandwidth etc. I am all new to this so I emailed aventure media who cancelled my account, hence site unavailable but the domain name hasnt been transferred. they said that it takes 96 hours for this to happen which is just about up now. I have emailed ev1servers where the domain name was registered and they emailed me to say my details were sent to aventure media. I can only assume that when i was setting up my account for them to host the site the domain must have been done in their name. I know it was cheap. Any ideas ?
I really don't want to have to use a new domain name as it took 6 months for Yahoo and google to list my current one. Maybe aventure media will tranfer it, if its still not done after the weekend maybe I will have to use a new domain name as aventure media are being less than responsive to my questions

Neil:
Your various trials & tribulations connected to your self-confessed venture into this biz are putting you on a par with the notorious Alan. His fate was assured and yours will follow the same path unless you clean up your act,
get your facts right and DON'T be such a fucking Smart Alec.
No-one in nthe biz would ever put down - or try to hurt - a newcomer, on the contrary.
But you have made a pratt of yourself and comes a time (like now) when you have to sit back, take stock and start afresh.

One big difference, unlike Alan, I am not making a living out of my site. Its a hobby pure and simple. I don't think some of the models who are on my site would have agreed if they thought as you. I don't think professional models of the stature of Michelle Marsh, Karina Currie and many more would have wanted to be on the site if you were correct.
My site is a hobby, i am not and will never try and get into "the biz" as you call it.
If you can't offer advice to help me why bother posting a message at all. Why do you feel the need to attack someone like me, all I am doing is running a website as a hobby and asking people more experienced for help..
