My own take on the situation, for what it's worth, is, theres no money to be made out of the current sad situation, unlike the US oatbreak!!. There has been no anouncement of a hold on production. Baiha unlike AIM is nowhere to be seen and yet people try to compare themselves as professionals on a par with there US counterparts who imediatley shut down production for 60 days...now that's professional!!

'WRONG'...I find the above statement pretty arrogant from a guy i have a a lot of respect for....I enjoy porn so long as it is consensual!!. so long as no one is harmed!! however you cant say that with hiv, I therefore don't want to see a girl shagged and know that there is a possibility she will be harmed either by being brutalised or by more insiduos means, infected!!.

We at BAIHA are having a meeting with Indigo next week to see if we can get extra information, just because we have not been shouting from the roof tops we have not been sitting by doing nothing.

One thing we have looked at is the situation about clinics being able to release information from people who work in the adult industry, the feedback I have had from performers I have put this idea to is that they would support this.

WE will update as and when we can due to the current laws.

I think everyone has responded so far me included everyone who needs to know, knows. Those in danger have been informed and Indigo are handeling it in a professional way. If you are trying to say you wont buy a DVD unless you personally know who has HIV in this country then take a step back and look at yourself. Marino has tried to tell you nicely and you won't listen. I have had a punter ring me up asking me who it is, when I asked him did he feel threatoned he make get it or have it he replied "no I have not had a shag for 2 years I just think it should be public knowlege".

rome was not built in a day. those that think BAIHA has been sitting on its butt are sorely wrong.
just cos we didnt insight 150 posts about HIV doesnt mean we arent handeling things. infact i think we have done a damn sight better than the case in the US. We also have big brick wall in our way to deal with.

we are also now looking into the whole pro/am split in the industry which makes our job a whole heep more complicated.
