Seriously though, stalking is quite rightly a criminal offence under the Protection From Harrassment Act 1997 and convictions have already been secured for the 'cyber' variety

I'm not sure the Data Protection Act applies to individuals - so it's not likely he's broken any law. All I wish is he'd learn not to run sentences into one another, with no punctuation, as they take a bit of deciphering sometimes.
