What a tirade from Ben Dover!
My point is exactly as he says, yet he attacked me for it.I never inferred that the producers got all of the money and I have no problem with the profits they make - indeed, ?2.50 per tape is paltry too.
However, if you take it that the girls get 20p per tape, it puts my point in perspective.
I cannot take his points about Marxism and comparing the job these girls do with ANYthing else too seriously. I still say that the girls are THE most important part of the whole thing and that they are grossly underpaid. That's all.
Also. I condemned the pirates unreservedly and have purchased most of Mr. Dover's output from legit suppliers.(I still think he is the greatest as I have stated here before). I also take a dim view of those who advertise pirated copies here. Sometimes even offering to copy material!! That is just not on.

Sorry Charlie, must have missed something in the translation. What about the other points though. Do you REALLY think ?350 CASH for a young person [18-26 say on average] for 3-4 hours fun having a good shag is GROSSLY underpaid? You must live in a different world. My 21 year old nephew has quite a good job and he takes home about ?250 pounds A WEEK, sometimes a bit more with overtime. That's for about 40 odd hours. My niece who's 20, likewise, and she works in a pub to earn a bit more. The girl who used to work in my local One Stop [an absolute babe] asked me how much I'd pay her to do a scene and she was open mouthed at how much it was. She couldn't believe she could get that much just for an afternoon of hot sweaty sex and was right up for it. Sadly it was not to be because she lives local with her Mum and Dad, and her Dad knows me so she thought it might be a bit risky which was a total pisser. Anyway, I think one aspect of all this which has not been touched on is agent's commission. Some producers still insist on the commission [20%] being taken out of the girl's fee. So on ?350 that actually leaves the girl with ?280 which is unfair. I always pay the commission and sometimes travel on top, which I think is fair. How about everyone joining me and making a pledge to do the same?

I think I do always pay travel etc and sometimes if the girl is good for us I give her a little extra(money)and tell her I won't tell her agent. (I always do tell the agent she was good and I payed her extra but not to touch the money or else).
So this brings me to a story about this girl who turned up on my doorstep last week she was waring very tight joppers which due to the pissing rain were soaking wet they were so tight I could see the lines of her panties through them. We have an apple tree in the garden of our mansion and she wanted to know if she could pick some for her horse which incedentaly was standing tied up to my yacht.
