My choice would be Tracy Lords (probably get flack for that one) and Desiree Cousteau. I want to put Jeanette Littledove in there as well, but she was one of the first who had surgery and that "runway strip" as it is so eloquently put.
I have Ginger, Venessa del Rio and Miss Sharon Marvel on my list too, but they have been already mentioned. Maybe even Raven.
