From your initial reply to the OP, I assumed she too was a lawyer - "No its true about Tia" were your actual words OEJ, always dangerous to assume anything on here I know.

Providing a model signs a model release on the day which covers release and selling of the the content either physically on DVD etc or by website download and streaming without a time limit being specifically set surely they do not have a leg to stand on at any time in the future.
Of course they are free to ask politely for the content to be removed from sale but must realistically expect the answer to be no. Any form of harassment is simply wrong. As to legal action what grounds are they basing this on?
I can understand models circumstances change including moving on to another career but if they do any work in this industry they must accept any influence that it could have ant any point later in life.
By common sense they can try to keep this part of their life separate by using a stage name and being creative in detailing what they were doing during this time period plus trying to change their appearance, something more difficult if they have distinctive tattoos still visible with relatively modest clothes. If they were only modelling part-time and had another job, were at university etc. it is easier to keep their modelling work unknown to an employer.
However if working full time for several years there will be a trace through the tax system and banking as I'm sure the main producers pay by cheque which has to be made payable in the models real name, not cash, so the producer can not be accused of aiding and abetting any tax evasion.

have to say that from the first response to my post i've concluded Tia is now a lawyer or training up to be one.
Other forums say the samebut you can't believe everything you read.

I am not aware of Tia training to be a lawyer and nor is it my place to divulge what she is doing now.
Looking at my blog there is no mention of Tia training to be a lawyer at all. So that info hasnt come from me and nor is there any mention of her outside of what work she has done.
I'm curious as to why her name has even come up as the topic in this thread and what other forums are discussing her career and why the renewed interest in her?
I wasn't aware of her being discussed on other forums until now and to be honest it wasnt of any interest to me until now
Got any links so I might find out for myself?
Oh and apologies to Wig Billy about my post. I was agreeing to Sarah Young training to be a lawyer and already practicing a good number of years already or so I've heard

i mentioned her in first post, you in second, then i guessed you'd had the "can you take me off the site" business with her and it just escalated. i'll try and remember where the one link is that i've seen concerning the legal career.
The fact remains that judging from posts on here over the years and other forums she remains a very popular girl even though i would she say falls into the category of not having done much h/c, nearly all the adult channel girls elen cole, laura jones, katie ann day are also in this bracket.

I think a lot of girls from the turn of the millenium are quite popular.
Maybe and just maybe and this maybe a wild assumption on my part but girls didnt have too much of that preconcieved ideas of what men found beautiful before the big boobs, big hairdo's tattoos and cosmetic surgery became the mainstay of a models grooming or maybe I just get it simple (some may say lazy) but hey , its still working for me 10 years later and I hope it continues to work
I've always said a movie is for life. There's a whole new generation of men looking for porn and new fans to be had every year is how I see it

Lianne Young is in the online Daily Star today, problem with her new boobs. She was the queen of UK porn according to the piece, don't think she was THE QUEEN of porn but she was ok
