Have you checked what is actually in the folder? It's only 107 bytes (4000 used). I thought I had saved it until I noticed that when I opened the file Zone Alarm told me that my computer wanted to connect with the Internet. If I clicked No, I didn't get the clip.

Thanks Shaun. But I'm wanting to have a permanent record. Try playing that file when you are offline and you won't get anything.

Go to the cassyput site and play the file from the audios page - then search for armageddon in your temp internet files - hey presto.

NB - this is the original version - without the Talk Radio bits and pieces, i.e. its what Tommy Boyd is playing on the show - oh and cheers Shaun made me laugh!

How to record streaming audio

If in any doubt about how to record any 'streaming' audio I always use a product called 'Total Recorder' which simply records any sound coming out of your computer as any kind of file you want. Works like a dream. You can get a 'free' version from the usual places you go to get 'free' stuff. ;)
