Steve I find your eating habits factinating, pie and mash one day, lasagne the next, then a trip to pizza express for some canelloni, not to mention the pub food. I,d be grateful if you would keep a itinery of your food intake for the week, and post it here, every friday, including drinks! and also TV programmes watched, would that be ok??

I have sobered up now Flett. I go a bit mad most weekends but you can tell Katie I am usually sober mondays, tuesdays, wednesdays and most thursdays. I very occasionaly make a sensible post on here during that period.
