I know. Why on Earth do they tell you there is a twist ending?! there basically isn't after that! A nothing film i decided to rent once, 'The Howling 5', you know, bad cast etc, turned out to be a decent little effort per budget but it's main strength was a genuinely surprising conclusion which unfolds all of a sudden. Made the rental fee so worthwhile i bought the film too!

The DVD out now has two versions on it.
The "uncut" version which is the "director's" cut.
And the "cut" version which is the theatrical version.
I should know amazon sent it to me today:@)
By the way can anyone tell me the name of the
Viet Nam war film with Michael J Fox, It had them
going off into the jungle and taking some female
prisoners with them to "have sex with" only he
refused because it was rape. Also what do
people think of
Born On The Fourth Of July
The Killing Fields
A Clockwork Orange
Raging Bull
Withnail And I
Just a few of my favourites!
Burn Em!!!!

TWM is the favourite film of some of my friends who also happen to be Pagans! Classic film. Chris Lee mantains it's one of his best performances.
Tigon (the distrubutors) cut it down because they had no idea how to handle it and released it as a supporting feature. The full version was on C4 a little while back. It's been reassebled from the UK cinema release, the BBC version that had a few other bits in it and a print that Rodger Corman (US director & distributor) had in storage without knowing.
Given that TWM has been a cult fave for years, Corman must've been pissed to realise he could have made money out of it, had he been aware of what he was sitting on.
