Where people were seen to be getting hurt or killed and where the produces couldn't guarantee It was just actors acting and not "real". Films like the mondo series, Faces of Death and your football hooligan video fit this category. And with that you are onto the genre of "snuff" which doesn't really exist and films like Guinea Pig which were made famous by Charlie Sheen, seeing It then shitting himself then going to the FBI!

The human animal is (in the main) totally fascinated by the hurt/damage suffered by others. No doubt there is some deep psychological explanation for it, but I personally consider it to a very sick weakness in the psyche of the "superior species". Animals have an infinately superior sense of value.

Whilst a lot of the cuts are unpalatable acts to myself I don't see the problem if others are into that stuff
