As it happens I think Oh, Mr Porter! with Will Hay is a classic comedy film.

One could ask why was something like Naked Gun is not in the list.

Its always inevitable that a top ten will miss out some gems like

The Party starring Peter Sellers funnier than the Pink Panther films IMO
