David, I am confused by your reply. I was agreeing with you. I attempted to explain the whole thing in clear english because I detest legalise etc (a language which insurance companies are very keen to rely on when trying avoid paying out). And I never mentioned Callery -v- Gray so why bring it into the conversation. I did not quote cases because I dont want to appear a tosser like you just did. Marcus, I apologise if I was rude last night. The whole debate got a bit heated and alcohol never helps. I think thats what makes this forum great.
