Yes but as I said, Tony Martin would not have shot him at all if he hadn't been breaking and entering into his property. It was not Tony Martin's fault that he was. So who's fault was it that he got shot?

if you can't defend your own property when it is being violated then one of our basic rights has been lost. an englishman's home should still be his castle!
what tony martin did may have been extreme but he had no real choice given the very poor police response times nowadays.

'he had no real choice'
but shoot someone in the back who looked like a kid of 16 ?
He had choice ,he could of shot the kid in the leg , or better still not at all
this was not defence it was murder and he done the time to prove it !
and you think its ok to make a profit from a book about killing a child ?

mmmmm touchy one this but all i have to say when confronted with a burglar at CROME TOWERS i used my baseball bat to good effect while waiting 20 mins for the asshole, slow ass police to arrive!!! when you enter someones property with the intention of stealing or doing them harm you face the consequenses! i was not about to wait around and see what this dude was gonna do.
As for Tony Martin milk it for all its worth cos he is hardly likely to be able to live in his own house now with all the death threats etc and speaking about his house..have u seen the state of it since he has been locked up!!! it will take that 100,000 to sort it out!
PIKEYS!!!!!! ARE SCUM!

They are dodgy bastards who accept money from the government NOT to grow/breed stuff in order to take cheaper imports from EU countries. And most are inbred

Right! Iv,e had a cuppa and thought about it. Martin deserves nowt! especially from a rag bastard paper with a two faced twat for an Editor.
Barras is dead, and Fearon also deserves nowt.
If Martins so called supporters are so outraged, why dont they all club together without fuss to raise some cash, so he can start again somewhere else or even back at 'bleak house'.
I wont be contributing.
