maybe u just need a character to relate to...personally im a Tim all the way through - completely disillusioned with the way people act and life around him but still feigning optimism that something goods gonna happen soon. maybe ur just a David Brent urself Deuce ? :P

Recently we're fortunate to have enjoyed a feast of comedy; The Office, Alan Partridge and Phoenix Nights to name a few. How they will stand the test of time against classics such as Fawlty Towers and Steptoe and Son is anyone's guess but I'm sure I'll always have a soft spot for Brent, Partridge and Brian Potter!

Having worked in an office enviroment all my working life I can relate to all the characters but I don't find it funny

The reason I don't find it funny is its lack of subtlety which is as much to do with the style used as the characters portrayed

As for which character I'm close to....no idea

Wasn't that the goatie bearded prat who was in charge?

If so....not on your life....management is for the wannabes of this world not workers like me who wish nothing more than enough cash to have a decent feed and drink 7 days a week
