So many responses, yet not a single mod, to my aid, does come.

Some web sites just won't let you display their pictures directly on other people's pages and I think that's all that's happening here. It's called hotlinking and sites will prevent it because it uses their bandwidth (the pictures are being downloaded from their server remember) despite the fact you aren't actually looking at a page on their site - and potentially clicking on their ads or signing up for a membership etc.

That explains why you can get some pics to work, but not others.

Also, the fact your link doesn't work for me either also suggests a site protecting its resources from being hotlinked.
