Walkabout was made in 1971 and she was born in 52 so she was a ripe old 19.

I'm no legal expert, mart. But my best guess would be that if she was 19 at the time she made the movie then no, the Beeb wouldn't be liable for prosectution.
Given the current climate of hysteria though, and the general trend towards banning things, it wouldn't suprise me if the next thing to be banned would be sexual / nude images of over-age girls depicting younger girls (St. Trinians type schoolgirl erotica / porn, for example). In which case "Walkabout" would then presumably have to be editied accordingly for any screening / DVD release so as not to fall foul of the law.
