I manage quite well on my current intake but thanks for the advice

Sounds more like a recipe for becoming a Zombie(No...not the cocktail)

I've found I can reduce my normal 8 hours to about 3 by always
exercising aerobically just before bed and consuming copious amounts of alcohol & coffee during the warm down

5 hours of pure joy spent gussling down water every 15 minutes followed by trips to the toilet(bucket under the bed)

I've found the only way to get the full eight is to hook myself up to a drip and piss into the hot water bottle(the extra large industrial size one )
