Just recently starting from 1/7/04 anyone having a child will receive either
$AUS3000-00....so of course people were holding off having them for the cash...others as young as 16 were contemplating having a kid to get the cash

I know a girl who fits your description....Low self esteem....No Quailifications...living at home...dads giving her a hard time about looking for work etc....Solution...get pregnant....lifes all rosy as she's now living in her own house which her father borrowed to buy for her...he was going to buy one anyway but this way the Goverment pays the rent...bizarre

I pity the poor male who gets lured into her web which will come when the kid turns 18 and the welfare handouts stop

The solution seems to be pretty simple

Stop giving Welfare in Cash and give it in the form of stamps like they used too for lifes essentials then it wouldn't be such an attraction

Same goes for teenage kids having problems with their Parents
I like the Governments policy where you can complain as a teenager to them and they will give you your own house/flat and pay you a wage ontop of it....holding the parents to ransom basically untill they come round the the childs way of thinking.

Breaking up families has got to be the stupidest thing any Government agency could do unless theres proof of Violent or Sexual Misconduct

I'm now living in NZ and exactly the same thing has happened here. Governments of both persuasions have sold off state assets and then spent taxpayers money bailing out unsuccessful private enterprise.

Working in the roughest club in town, a large percentage of our customers are scallies/herberts/scum. They're from the roughest estates and the numerous traveller sites. Mostly, they're manageable, and some are even sort of likeable in a way (did I say that?) but there is an underclass in the underclass who are so inbred with the worst possible features of this mob, that they will NEVER play any valuable role in society and will ALWAYS make any person's life who happens to come into contact with them a misery, and there is simply NO PLACE in the world for these shit-pieces.

Until we have some adequate form of pest control ridding our cities of these worst-of-the-worst abominations, we are doomed as a society. Many of the upper classes disregard this, seldom seeing any evidence of the level of degraded humanity we speak about, but they do this at their peril!

LET'S NOT FORGET, ladies and gentlemen, that this manner of scum breeds like bacteria. They do not replace their generations with a couple of well formed offspring, they multiply 6, 7, 8 times over, and up to 3 times in the space of a respectable generation. We had FIVE generations of the same shitty family trying to get in the club the other day, then all wrecking the city streets because we said no. And ALL were female!
