At least you lot would do it properly (as in Atlanta) by getting private enterprise to fund it, rather than bleeding the poor taxpayers even drier and vaguely promising 'profits' and 'benefits'' that never seem to materialise, leaving empty velodromes and dojos all over the place
like spots on a teenager's bum.

We will have a similar funded-not-quite-enough-to-be-any-damn-good system: Crossrail.
