Oh yes..the Boxster, what an offence that is. In fact I detest Porsches, I can't see how a true, adrenalin-pumping sports car can be German! It HAS to be Italian! I love the 500SL Mercedes but it's never an out and out sports car.

I love English sports cars (MGB, E-Type Jaguar etc) but they seem to be the preserve of real-ale drinking blokes with beards these days, blokes that want to talk about crankshafts all day. It's the Italian stuff that truly sets your pulse racing!

I also remember the "Zastava" or something similar, it was very Yugo-esque. When I'm over in Hungary I still see plenty of Trabants on the road, they are still very common over there. I SWEAR I'm not making this up but I even saw a modded/Barry'ed-up one once, the owner obviously had a belter sense of humour. I'd love a go in one.

So.....grow a beard, and develop a taste for Banks's.
Don't let some cockless trendy-magazine idiot dicate your lifestyle/happiness.

If you wanna drive a Reliant Robin, or a Routemaster (yep, sounds good to me), great, but never be ashamed of what you are.
