It all depends how/what you class as chavs.

The underclass, which is what I mean by the glib term "chav", do not give a hoot what you or I think or call, they couldn't care less.
Some people seem to think that "chav" means anyone who is poor or happens to live in a certain area or drive a certain car, I dispute this.
