The club scenario you describe was first used by Al Dacascos (marc's dad) years ago.
He used to get students to dress in civvies and then just do it cold with no preps in public places or gyms that had been set up as clubs etc.

The second someone starts screaming in your face and calling you a cunt with 5 students acting the gang part, I don't care how long you've been doing it, you get a fuck off adrenal rush and lose it.

Although it gives you a slight edge, when it happens for real, all of a sudden, the reality of consequence comes into place.
It's a fucking horrible situation to be in without any backup.
I still shit my pants every time I have to fight regardless of the out come.
