If the whole world is the Matrix... That makes Agent Smith the hardest nut ever, and before you start shouting Neo Neo, Neo if he stayed in the Matrix to continue his battle with smith, his body in the outside world eventually die. Where as Smith was a Programme that would run forever...
But for the record, Armaggegen killed Superman and Superman is no pushover.
