I would define the Cleveland Steamer as "The laying of a cable" but this urban dictionary gives far better and more humourous definitions. I'm sure it would liven up tired old Brit porn' no end if there were a few Cleveland Steamers to be seen!

Going off on a bit of a tangent - I know the late great Karen Lancaume did a Lara Croft/Tomb Raider hardcire film but the name escapes me.... I bet that one was called Womb Raider but in French of course !
