Where your augument falls flat on its face is the use of "reasonable force" or what a reasonable man would do in all the circumstances. If you are attacked in your home and your wife and kids are upstairs would a reasonable man be reasonable. I think that he would be very afraid and unreasonable indeed. Do you defend your home and family with as much force and courage as you can muster,or try to reason with someone who has broken into, or attacked you in your own home?

If you go berserk and kill him with extreme prejudice why have you broken the English law and why will you be charged with murder? It does not make this country a more civilised place with common criminals such as burglars and the violent having rights in your home because it makes it unsafe for us all. The state is not going to protect you because once you let aggressors get the upper hand it will be too late and anything could happen, rape, murder torture and not just robbery.

Juries in this country are manipulated by the system of justice. The judge will sum up in accordance with the law of "reasonable force." As I have stated above this is unreasonable per se.

You are wrong about Europe. I have lived in three European countries the last being Holland where I stabbed and severely injured an armed criminal who had taken a beautiful young policewomen hostage. She was very grateful indeed and said that I had saved her life. Do you think that I was reasonable? No I risked my own life. Was I charged no! I was on television!

I had a letter published in the Independent in support of Tony Martin. It was because of massive public outcry that Tony only served a few years in prison after being convicted of life. The average is eighteen years.

He was a frightened man under seige. Much has been made of him shooting a sixteen year old in the back. But Tony could not see and he fired at whatever moved. He had been driven to this state because of continued attacks on his home. The police offered no protection so Tony courageously defended his home and property in the dead of night from habitual criminals with records of violence.
He is a hero I say.

Tony Martin shot at two burglars who were in his house. They were not running away, one of them happened to have his back to him at the time. But they were not fleeing his house, they had just broken into it. If they had got hold of him they would probably have kicked the shit out of him and them robbed his house. Why should he take that chance?

At his trial, much importance seemed to be made as to whether he fired from his staircase or from the foot of the stairs, as if that altered the fact that two fit young criminals had just invaded his home. These two were scum. Fearon left Barrass to die, and Martin did not know he had killed Barrass, who crawled into some undergrowth and was only found the next day by a police dog. The driver scarpered as well. As I said, scum. They did not care about each other, they certainly did not give a fuck about any householder they might come across whilst they were on the rob.

Martin got the shit end of the stick by the system because, whatever they say, they really do not like us sticking up for ourselves. They prefer us to be docile and rely on the police, even if, like Martin, you live 40 minutes from a police station. He had every right to defend himself with extreme force, and the only reason he fled the scene was because he panicked about the fact he did not have a licence for his shotgun. If he'd realised he'd killed one of the burglars I'm sure he would have stayed, but as far as he could see they had both got away. He stopped shooting as soon as they left his house though. Once they actually fled, he let them go. I think it's important to make that point, as it is often misrepresented.

As I say Tony Martin is a hero who set a fine example to us all. Make criminals realise that they have no rights in our homes. It is typical of the courts to make trivial matters important when Tony should not have been charged with any crime. He certainly did not kill through "malice and aforethought. "

The state guards its prerogative of violence jealously because the only reason for the states' existence is to protect us!

As i have pointed out you have to be prepared to defend yourself because the police will not be there in time. Especially if you are a guy like Tony Martin from whom the police have confiscated a shotgun on a previous occasion. They also told him that he would be refused a shotgun license, even though he was a farmer, because he had threatened to shoot previous intruders.

How the hell did you get into a situation whereby you were near a kidnapped policewoman, with a sharp instrument in your hand? You weren't involved in a dodgy, dutch drugs bust were you? !laugh!
