First mag I ever saw was Club volume 9 # 10 in 1980 when I was 14...I think it disintegrated over time as it was farily tatty to begin with....only remembered it was this mag when I picked it up second-hand about 20 years later! I remembered the sets from it (including one of Penny Irving from "Are You Being Served"), and also recalled seeing at least one the sets as one of the electronic centerfolds on an Electric Blue vid as well! Ah, happy days...

About 1984.
Some friends and I found some incredible small A5 sized black and white things in a hedge (the obvious place to dump porn up and down the country). They were pretty hardcore, though thinking back the letters were probably making me think the pics were harder than they were as all the willies were soft. there was a pictorial on men who want to fuck their mothers-in-law. We his them under a bridge. i went back to steal them a few days later only to find them gone. i asked my friends about it and he said flippantly "oh, we fuzzed them in a ditch somewhere afterwards." GUTTED!
The next time, different friends, we found a colour mag with no cover with what looked like swingers posing, floating in a deep ditch. I recall a long haired lass with centre parting with her legs open. We couldn't reach it as it was floating away from the bank and just out of reach. Touch it with a broken branch and it would start to sink! Oh the dileama. I said I'd seen these sort of things before. A friend of mine, who hadn't, was so turned on he said something like "Did you stick stick your cock through the magazine?" to which I answered "er...no." He was practically jumping about in frustration, saying "oooh, she's got her cunt open!". Made me look at him in a different light fromt hat day on.
I hear he's a fireman now.
Nothing beats the amazing discovery under the same bridge about a year later of what looked like a history of some guys conquests! There were a few magz, but the main find was a folder of poleroids of old ladies naked. We didn't bother reading it, the magz were more interesting anyway, but the more I think back, the more I'd like to have looked through the folder. The guy seemed to have been compiling profiles of old naked ladies, probably one's he'd shagged. All very weird. Stay clear of my neck of the woods!
An above post also reminds me of a hard-ish lesbian mag found in an 'haunted' gutted house next to the cemetary.
Also, the copies of Playbirds and Color Climax belonging to a distant friend's brother. I recall him saying "That bird's got lovely tits. If she was upstairs now, I doubt I'd even fuck her, I'd just play with her tits." We were 11 - this was serious talk.
Man. there was so much porn around then. Where's it all gone?
