And executing him within 30 days means he wont be around for the upcoming trial of 'Chemical' Ali, where it is clear he would have been called as a defence witness, and have been able to spill more of the beans about US support for his murderous regime in the past.

Er, he,s already been found guilty as well, he,s going to the dirtfarm as well.

Several of his cronies were tried at the same time, found guilty and sentenced, but I dont think Chemical Ali was among them. I'm sure his trial is yet to come.
