Your reply was the equivalent of a patient going to a specialist for advice and being told to operate on himself.
You may be an expert but you aren't a very good helper.

As for being positive and constructive....do you mean like the plethora of posts on here having a go at
chavs
immigrants
the general state of the UK
congestion charges
speed cameras
TV
etc
etc
