Ah, Shiphams for tea, That takes me back. Does it still come in those little glass pots with a metal lid held on by a removable ring.
Quite a fan of pilchards in tomato sauce straight from the fridge.
But my vote goes for beans on toast with a poached egg and a splash of Worcester sauce.
