Been meaning to post an up date here all night. Well the young lady is still in "quarantine" its breaking my heart if im honest. She looks so sorry for her self. So i think im going to give her a couple more days then put her back in with Philip (who also looks very sorry for him self since he has been on his own) and see how it goes from there.

I will let you know how things go when she is back in the tank. Thankyou Naomi im very touched by your interest.

I'm fine thanks. I don't have any pets as I don't think my place is suitable- I live in a flat with no garden and I'm out a lot of the time so I wouldn't be able to look after any properly.
Did you sort out any pet insurance? There's an online Which Guide which may be of help.
Anyway, hopefully the action your taking will result in Doran's renewed health.

Hey y'all!!

Just a quick update for any one who is interested (mainly Naomi....thankyou)

The young lady in question has been returned to the tank!! And so far so good she is up right,eating and generally very happy. The time away from Philip has cured her fin rot as well. She will remain on the fresh pea diet for a little while yet.but I dont thint this will bother her alot. Oh and yes,she is now insured (thankyou once again Naomi)
