Even the R18 certificate is a joke compared to the international competition.Stick to online stuff,and avoid paying VAT to the stupid govt...they may well change their minds if they feel they're losing cash:)

Of course the R18 classification is a joke especially when you are a British film-maker competing in the same market as the Europeans and the Americans.

Of course a PMB can become law and I think that the that the Dangerous Dogs Bill was one but there is no precedent for a PMB becoming law without being debated first on the floor of the House.
