Really??? Where, when and by whom was that said? Can you supply a link?
All these accusations flying around about the brits are arse kissers and the producers in our community being cliquey etc...I want to know answers.
Just because producers/ models get on and not at war because of the business we are in doesnt mean we are sucking each others dicks.
I've even heard the suggestion about producers conspiring to keep people down and sabotaging other peoples shoots....That is so ridiculously laughable. I'd like to think people have too much in the way of business than to be doing nonsense like this.
Its hard enough as it is without making thing sdifficult for ourselves.

"Why, instead of charging like a bull straight into the fan club when it's just started, give it a month or two so that it can "bed down" and then the potential member should get a better idea of what activities are, or are not, occurring?"
You could use that argument about a lot of things,in fact I put off buying a computer for a few years because of it.But the simple answer is that if you like it,and can afford it,well go get it.
It's always hard for sites, costs a fortune to produce pron in the Western World, especially higher standard stuff. They all want a big chunk to get it made, but your average punter only seems to want to loose his wad,not his wallet.
You got to get on the bus at some point, and it's only a months membership, probally less than a night out at yer local.
Just my thoughts.

Yes, that's what I mean. Always be wary and cautious when something new (fan sites, electrical goods, etc) appears on the market offering you their products!

Trumpon you've quoted out of context in your reply.
My motto was "Don't put off tomorrow what can be done today"
We're talking about the price of a few pints at the local pub,not a small fortune for a months membership.
However it may be an idea if say a new site did offer a substantial discount,or similar special offer when launched, some do,but in my view not enough.I do agree with caution of course, but over caution means sites won't get going without members at the start, when they need the support the most.
You specified model sites, well these are much more personal than say a general type of site, and need those fans to come out the closet if they're to suceed. No doubt a few will give the rest a bad name, and hence why you also have a valid point.I'm just doing an alternative take, and one that still belives there's much more of the good out there than the bad....
