I couldn't thank my hairdresser as I don't have any hair to dress.

Being similarly bereft of head hair, I still know that it needs trimming on occasion, or at least a spit and polish. But then I suppose Mrs Maythorpe's efforts in keeping the Trump head tidy are beneath your notice. Wears her fingers to the bone, that woman, dusting and polishing your noggin---and for what!
