Check the threading, Andy; my response was to stm's apparent
callousness.

Apologies. I shouldn't have had that last pint. Nor the one before either.

I really like her music, she does however seem to have a few emotional issues. I hope that she gets better and makes some more good albums. Back to Black is amazing.

OK, I might be out of the loop with this, but what has Amy done to deserve all the Death Requests/Wishes ?

I don't really know any of her music, but as far as I know, she is a singer, who drinks ALOT, & takes drugs. I think I've heard previously that about at least 75% of all musicians have supposedly done that (Drugs/Drink) at some point in their life/career.

I have heard alot of the stories of Pete Doherty, & he doesn't sound particularly interesting, some1 here however just mentioned he's her B/F, but I thought the article pointed to in the first post of this topic, mentioned some1 else as her B/F // Partner // Husband ???

All pretty tragic really

She deserves our sympathy/pity not our scorn
The grass isn't always greener on the otherside

I guess its how some deal with being under constant media scrutiny

I recently read a book of quotes by Celebs called Toxic Fame
which really takes the gloss of the celebrity culture

"talented"? Pug ugly media whore more like...

Maybe death was a nit harsh. Perhaps a disfiguring illness so i don't have to see her face when I go to the newsagents.
