Think we'll just have to agree to disagree. I rate Jol as a manager, obivously, although he's nowhere near Wenger, Ferguson or Mourinho tactically.
Of the others you mention only the Swede, and O'Neill (although his rep is way overblown given his years in a completely shite league), are possibly better than Jol. Moyes, Redknapp and Fat Sam are all inferior.
