I think was assumed everyone would have a mobile, and it would be easier that way.

I mean Wendy said she used to take payment by Postal Order and Cheque and post the tickets on cashing/clearance, when you consider 100s of people attending, thats ALOT of work to do.

My previous career was sales and marketting guru (consultant), and I have sat there doing ticket return before now for 8 hours a day for weeks at a time, and it aint fun. So i can't blame them on that respect.

One of my basic rules is options sell more, give people many ways to get something, and the sticklers will buy their way, the trendies their way, and everyone else whatever way's easiest for them :)
