Never been to a battlefield site (except Culloden), but suspect it would bring it all into focus, make it seem more real. If nothing else, hopefully the students will have learned something about a sacrifice their generation (and ours) weren't called upon to make.

I re-iterate is Schindlers List fiction as well or is it the
truth?
Would you think it was right for a film director to make a film about the Holocaust and depict massacres that never happened?
It is obvious that when the public see films such as Schindlers List they believe that the events depicted are true.
