I know Christians from all parts of western & eastern Europe that treat their families women as the crown jewels so its not just some Muslims
who have extremes

I agree that lots of Muslim girls want to wear hijab and is even fashionable amongst other cultures, but the full burkka is another story indeed. I think that in western society, the women that want to wear burkkas are either:

1. Lying through fear.

2. Using the burkka as a political/religious statement, and a big 'up yours' to western society.

3. Are at an age wear anything less than a burkka would make them feel naked, as they have worn one since being so young in the Islamic world that once they get to Europe/wherever they just feel more vulnerable revealing themselves. Of course this feeling cannot really be treated as genuine, even though they may think so themselves as they've been brainwashed by their culture and religion into believing, feeling, and thinking that way they do.

Also, it's so fucking easy for Muslim girls in Europe to wear their burkkas with pride when they have laws and society to protect them, when all along in the Muslim world, their sisters are oppressed, beat, stoned and even killed to make them comply These women have no voice, nor any laws or support group to stick up for them. Everytime a westernised Muslim girl boasts about the burkka, it's just another nail in the coffin for another Muslim girl in some Islamic state or other.

I wonder if they think about that from their protected, comfortable, western life?
