If that isn't web censorship I dont know what is. The censor doesn't need to look at everything, just provide a list of what isn't allowed. The police will already have details of web sites visited and material downloaded when they break your door down, information kept for several years by law and provided by the ISP you use. A clean computer wont be any help.

Though they are many years from forming a government, a strong healthy 3rd party that the other two would like to woo in the event of a close election, would go a long way to preventing the party in power from enacting some of the stupid legislation we are being subject to recently.
