Yup, had an early night as I had an early start (morning). This meant that my early start made me finish work early today (lunchtime), and that's why I'm here now.

I had Norton on my laptop when I first bought it. After about 3 months I received a message from them saying it (Norton AVP) will be expiring in the next 28 days. I thought: "hang on a sec, I've only had my laptop for 3 months and they're wanting me to install an update".

I discovered that when my laptop was built the Norton was also installed and that it had been sitting in a warehouse somewhere for about 9 months before I purchased it - so in effect I lost that 9 months worth of AVP.

Grrrrr!!
