Surgically 'enhanced' girls have never, nor will ever, struggle to find work in the adult industry as long as it exists.

The diversity of films in both mainstream and adult format is proof enough that any type of person can be successful; I would have thought that Autumn has not yet contacted the producers who might favour her look and demeanour.
