Bugger!!

I was speaking to a so-called computer "expert" today and he suggested running a powerful magnet over the C drive in order to jumble up all the data on the drive. By doing this he reckoned that it was as good as wiping the drive clean. !confused!

Yeah I thought of a big magnet too, but I don't think it's guaranteed to work. If it was that easy, I'm sure banks would issue this to their customers as their insurance would be cheaper!

If you're that worried about people retrieving bank details and stuff, just ask for a new card. That way, info you may have had on the hard drive will be your old cards info and not much use.

I've already been issued with a new bank card and new a credit card too.
