The last I heard the dynamite kid was cleaning windows somewhere near Leeds. But yes he was a very good technical wrestler and the innovator of the falling headbutt

Re: Dynamite Kid Status
I remember reading an interview in some mag in the mid 90's where he mentioned his window cleaning lol. BUt he came over as a very bitter person only referring to Davey boy as shit head and blmaing wrestling for his problems. Sad really.
Re: Dynamite Kid Status
Dynamite was overheard to say upon hearing that Davey was at the same show in Wigan he was taping his fists up to "knock the fuck" into him.
Davey locked his dressing room door and called the police when he heard Billington was on the warpath looking for him.
What goes around comes around though, as Dynamite in the late 80s, I wanna say 87, after giving the Rogeau brothers some awful stick backstage in the WWF, Jacques knocked his front teeth out one day whilst walking down the hall.
Different people have different accounts, a knuckleduster was claimed to have been used by Dynamite, other accounts dont mention the knucks. They later were forced to make up by MacMahon and put months of tension behind the 3 of them.
Another quick mention about Micheals back in the late 90s and not wanting to do any jobs at all, the only reason he lost to Austin at WM 14 was because he knew his back was shot and he had to, of course didnt stop him playing up backstage that day either, as HBK was saying that he might decided not to drop the belt to Austin after all, this led to the famous story about the Undertaker physically threatning him to do the right thing or else.
Re: Dynamite Kid
Another reason for bad blood between Billington and Smith was the fact that Smith took out an injunction against Billington from using the name "The British Bulldog Dynamite Kid" when he toured with Allstar Promotions in the early 90's.
Prior to the death of Benoit and Dynamite's apperance on the CNN documentary, many of the stars of today such as CM Punk, Edge, Jericho, would all say the same thing: the greatest series of matches between two wrestlers was the early 80's feud between Tiger Mask and Dynamite Kid.

Re: WWE question for Harmony Hex
I would disagree with the greatest series of matches, for me nothing beats Misawa vs Kobashi and Malenko vs Guerrero, particularly from ECW, as great wrestling rivalries. Benoit vs Angle matches are worth a mention as well.
The Sayama/Dynamite matches were good, and way ahead of there time as well though.
