The solution is to make them work for their benefits. This work could included education, which they've obviously missed out on when they were of school age. A certain percentage of their worked for benefit could be paid in food vouchers.
Governments, of what ever political persuasion, must surely realise that by giving taxpayers' monies to individuals for the sole purpose of producing off spring is flawed. The current benefit system is simply not working. We are witnessing these failures on a grand scale.

I agree in that there will always be people screwing the system, but the system shouldn't be such an easy option. It should provide help to people who have paid into the system. Case in point:
My neighbour - never worked, drives a two year old car and goes on holiday twice a year.
Me - worked for the last 15 years, drive a 9 year old car and last had a holiday 3 years ago. I was made redundant and because my payout took me over the "limit", I receive nothing. I should be one of the "real individuals who're maybe going through a hard time in life and need a little help from their fellow citizens" shouldn't I ? What is the government doing for me ? Absolutely fuck all !
People who have worked and paid their taxes should be helped as much as possible. The scroungers and those who have contributed nothing should get enough to exist on - ie food, clothing and a roof over their head - this doesn't include money for Sky TV, plasma screens, large amounts of booze, fags, holidays etc.....
As for a decline in birth rate - you're right. The working population does need to grow in order to meet future demands, but the key word is " working" - kids churned out from these teenage baby making factories will never work, many will just follow in their mothers and absent fathers footsteps and be a burden to the rest of society.
I was brought up in a council house where both my parents worked in low paid jobs, but they had integrity and believed that you don't get something for nothing ! !rant!

Had to laugh when he was led away...what was he wearing..the ubiquitous shell suit and baseball cap..must agree re the handouts..girl I know two kids at 18 by different fathers..one in jail...gets a nice flat and within a year the front garden is overgrown and full of rubbish..cant these underclass cunts put it in bins??
