I think these companies will try and get away with what their doing for as long as they can...only encryption or a pin protected service will make them improve,or for those who don't then just go away...

Ofcom haven't banned anyone from talking dirty on the phone.

They don't want talk that is too sexually explicit BROADCAST on television.

So long as it isn't broadcast dirty talk isn't a problem.
