I can't help with the ID of the girl.
But the offence took place on 22 May 2007 between 22:15 and 22:35.

i guess we will never know, unless someone out there knows who was about on that day and time, not like it matters they'll crop up on the other channels anyway lol

Like one eyed said before ofcom more than likely have some sad fucker watching everysingle channel, as for the girl in question i havent a clue who that could be.
